Another shot of our San Francisco dining room!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I had a wood dining table here but it was getting destroyed by the sun. These are original windows from the 1850s & they have zero UV protection, so I replaced it with a stone dining table.⁣ ⁣ F
Hard angles & super manicured landscaping are usually not my thing but.... this manages to be so soothing! This just goes to show it is always about context; the combination of materials & location ...❤️
#InteriorDesignTip !⁣ ⁣ If you want a relaxed, loungey look in your living room, choose a low sofa with no legs. This creates a feeling of "camping out" , it reminds me of slumber parties !
#RemodelTip !⁣ ⁣ Rooms with lower ceilings will feel much bigger with tall glass sliders. If it's structurally possible, floor to ceiling is best. You may have to install some steel beams but the effect is worth it!
